In the present scenario, education gone undergone tremendous change, the teaching methods are more advanced with the latest technology of digital boards which enables understanding capability in concepts with relevant subjects. New strategies and ideas are frequently adopted to improve the performance of the students.

We have entered into a new millennium and we have to think about the issues that matter to us as part of rapidly changing society it is necessary that an appraisal be made of the psychological needs of the children and adolescents who are the citizen of INDIA tomorrow.

Every childhood learning is largely experimental, imitative and sensory based, hence we focus on the education that emphasize on learning through practical activities. The elementary learning is regarded as artistic and imaginative, here we focus on artistic expression with a wide variety of performing and visual arts. The overall emphasis is on developing intellectual understanding with ethnical ideas and social responsibility.

Teaching brings with it a lot of responsibility, it does not end up with just teaching of Mathematics, Science, languages, developing sensitivity of arts and learning history, we need to move our children beyond all these and pass them the knowledge of life as well. As the parental participation is limited due to their own commitments, we the teachers have to cope up with the students who come to classes with a wide range of complex problems.
